Our multi-body dynamics services analyze the motion behaviors of complex mechanical systems composed of multiple components. This approach simulates the holistic behavior of the system by considering the kinematic and kinetic interactions of interconnected parts. With kinematic analyses, we determine the position, velocity, and acceleration relationships of components within the system, and identify the operating range of the mechanism by considering motion constraints and limitations. In rigid body analyses, deformations of the parts are neglected, while flexible body simulations incorporate elastic deformations of the parts into the model. This enables the evaluation of elastic effects on system performance, especially in high-speed systems. In collision and contact analyses, interactions between parts are examined in detail, with contact forces, friction effects, and potential wear areas identified. In performance optimization studies, the system configuration and parameters are improved according to specified performance criteria (minimum energy consumption, maximum efficiency, minimum vibration, etc.). These analyses find wide application in automotive, aerospace, defense industry, and industrial machinery sectors for the design and improvement of complex mechanisms.
